Ethanol-Free Gas in Warner Robins, GE

Notes: I have only found Buc-ee's useful for exceptional restrooms and ethanol free gasoline. This Buc-ee's takes the cake for rudeness with cashier TL, 30-1, a manager, who was called by the extremely unfriendly cashier. I was naively unaware that only exact exchanges are allowed. There is a *no refund* strict policy! I find it fascinating that this widely touted chain NEVER displays their *no return policy* by clothes. Even if the clothes have never been worn and have tags in place there is NO REFUND and only exact product exchange. I purchased two Christmas t-shirts on my way to Florida Saturday. I realized these were the incorrect size when I compared them to other t-shirts. One was not worn, but it was inside out. Why? I compared it to another shirt size based on seams. The cashier acted as though it was filthy. and I was trashy for attempting a return. I don't care about socioeconomic status or degrees or education. I happen to be a health care provider who is acutely aware of infection control. The tags were completely intact. One would have thought I brought a soiled shirt to her. No exact size available, so no money back or equal exchange. They were not southern polite or hospitable in any way. I was stunned. No southern polite hospitality in GA? I'm from KY/TN. What's happening here? But, I digress... I think any company should have to post these policies in plain sight. Apparently, their policy is available online! Who reads that for fun? So, I left with one shirt exchange. I was told I could try to find another Buc-ee's for my other t-shirt. How thoughtful! No. I don't have that time or option. I saw one in northern Georgia. I didn't stop because of the need to make better time with potentially stormy weather. Needless to say, I decided to go to an exit slightly north. The individuals in Chik-Fil-A were so lovely. I asked about the culture down at their Buc-ee's as the initial cashier and her manager were rude. While at the other exit I bought perfectly good gas with no hassle. The Chik-Fil-A bathroom was spotless. And, I purchased locally made treats. No more Buc-ee's. I hope the company sees this review. 1. Horrible policy disclosure. 2. Terrible customer relations at this Buc-ee's. Period. I wasn't thrilled in the past with this location. But, today sealed my decision on Buc-ee's. I can buy fruit other places since I'm gluten free. I can pack or buy beverages. I'll choose friendly chains and locally owned stores.
